Original nursing practice for your next study milestone.

TEAS 7 or HESI A2? Build a focused entrance-exam study plan

Separate TEAS 7 and HESI A2 practice by subject, strengthen math and science foundations, and request original pre-nursing material.

Before you choose a practice plan, ask your nursing program which entrance exam it accepts and which sections it requires. TEAS and HESI A2 are not interchangeable; application policies and score requirements belong to your school.

The TEAS 7 study path in Naxlex RN Hub separates reading, mathematics, science, and English and language usage. The HESI A2 path includes reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, mathematics, anatomy and physiology, biology, chemistry and physics. Check your program’s required HESI sections rather than assuming it uses every subject.

For mathematics, review fractions, proportions, percentages and unit conversions, then explain your method before checking an answer. For science, connect anatomy and physiology to the function of each body system rather than relying only on vocabulary lists.

Use a focused quiz to find one weak area, read its rationales, and schedule a brief return to that topic. Mix reading and science with calculation practice across the week so no subject disappears from your routine.

Request original practice by using a specific title such as HESI A2 Anatomy and Physiology or TEAS 7 Mathematics Ratios and Percentages. Other-than-NCLEX requested exams contain at least 80 questions. Your dashboard keeps the request and shows when its material is ready.

Naxlex RN Hub is independent of ATI and Elsevier. For current exam registration, official section details and school requirements, use the testing company and your nursing program’s own instructions.
